BUILT TO DO THE WORK

## Message a bot. Let it get to work.

Hand over a task like you would to a teammate. Your bot works through the steps on its own computer, keeps the context, and comes back with progress, finished work, or a decision for you.

BRING YOUR OWN SUBSCRIPTION

## Your favourite AI. Now with a team to run.

Use an eligible ChatGPT, Claude, SuperGrok, or Kimi subscription, or connect a supported model with an API key. Pick what suits each bot. MagicBots provides the workspace and computer; your AI provider sets its usage limits and charges.

**ChatGPT + Codex**Eligible ChatGPT plan

**Claude + Claude Code**Eligible Claude plan

**SuperGrok**Eligible SuperGrok plan

**Kimi K3**Eligible Kimi plan

**API key**Connect a supported provider

MODEL FLEXIBILITY

Provider availability and usage limits follow your provider plan. You can change the model connected to a bot without rebuilding its job.

## Work together.
Keep things moving.

A computer to work on. A team to work with.
Memory and routines to carry it forward.

### A computer to do the work.

Sign in to your tools, then let your bot navigate, research, and prepare the work. Open its screen whenever you want to follow along or take control.

### Different bots. One shared job.

One bot researches. Another adds the context. Together, they turn separate findings into work you can act on.

### Less explaining next time.

Keep project decisions, preferences, and corrections with the bot. Pick up later without rebuilding the context from scratch.

### Make the repeat work repeat itself.

Put regular checks and follow-ups on a schedule. Your bot does the groundwork and brings back the results for review.

CONNECTED TO THE WORK

## Your bots work with the apps your team already uses.

Connect the apps that hold your notes, messages, files, and results. Your bots can use a connector or work through the browser, with access you control.

Connect an app or use its signed-in browser session.

Three decisions need you. The supplier quote expires Friday, the launch owner is still unassigned, and two interviews overlap. I’ve linked the source for each.

MEET A FEW OF THE TEAM

## A starting point.
Make it your own.

Pick a bot, give it your instructions, and choose its AI. You can change the role as the work changes.

Everyday work

### Chief of Staff

Sorts the day’s priorities, prepares your meetings, and keeps the follow-ups together.

Research

### Research Scout

Compares options, checks sources, and gives you a brief you can actually use.

Engineering

### Code Partner

Investigates a bug, writes a fix, and brings back the changes and test results.

Research, operations, sales, coding, creative work, and everyday life.

EVERY FEATURE. TWO WAYS TO GET STARTED.

## Start with the everyday. Make room for more.

Both plans give you the complete bot team experience. Choose Starter for everyday tasks, or Pro when you want more bots working at once.

FOR YOUR EVERYDAY

### Starter

$39 per month

Hand over the research, writing, and admin that fill your day.

Your everyday bot team

A morning brief, a draft to review, a few follow-ups. A good fit for a steady set of tasks.

- Create and customize your bots
- Choose the AI for each bot
- Connect your apps and files
- Schedule tasks and routines
- Let bots work together in groups
- Keep memory, approvals, and work history

FOR A BUSIER WORKLOAD

### Pro

$79 per month

Put more bots to work across the projects you have going on.

More bots working at once

Keep research, reports, and follow-ups moving alongside each other, with more room for demanding jobs.

- Create and customize your bots
- Choose the AI for each bot
- Connect your apps and files
- Schedule tasks and routines
- Let bots work together in groups
- Keep memory, approvals, and work history

[Choose Pro](https://magicbots.co/#waitlist-modal)

Bring your own AI subscription or API key. AI usage is billed separately by your provider; its limits still apply on both plans.

FEATURES, BILLING, AND CONTROL

## Before you hand over the first job.

### Is MagicBots just for work?

No. Build bots for a business, a side project, or everyday life. Research, writing, coding, admin, and planning are all useful starting points. Each bot can have its own job and instructions.

### What makes this different from an AI chat?

A chat can give you an answer. A MagicBots bot also has a hosted computer to work with files and apps, run routines, and carry a job forward. You can inspect its work and set approval rules.

### Which plan should I choose?

Choose Starter at $39/month for a steady set of everyday tasks. Choose Pro at $79/month if you want more bots working at once or have more demanding jobs. Both plans include the same features. Pro adds working capacity, not extra AI credits.

### Is AI usage included?

No. Bring an eligible subscription or API key. Your provider bills for that access and applies its usage limits. Your MagicBots plan covers the bot workspace and computer.

### Can I choose a different model for each bot?

Yes, from supported connections. Use the provider that suits the job and change it without rebuilding the bot’s role. Subscription eligibility and available models depend on the provider.

### Do I need to know how to code?

No. Start with a bot from the marketplace or describe a job in plain language. Add the files, tools, and review rules it needs. Coding bots can use the terminal when the job calls for it.

### What happens when my laptop is closed?

Work runs on the hosted computer. Active jobs and scheduled routines can continue without leaving your laptop open, subject to your workspace and provider limits.

### Can bots use apps without a connector?

Often, through their browser. Some sites need you to sign in, complete a CAPTCHA, or confirm an action. Site permissions and restrictions still apply.

### Will bots send or change things without asking?

You set the approval rules. Require a review before sending messages, publishing, spending, deleting, or taking another important action. Grant only the access the job needs.

### Can bots work together?

Yes. Add bots to a group so they can share context, talk through the task, and hand over work. You can follow the group chat and step in when needed.

### How many bots can I make?

Create the roles you need on either plan. Pro gives you more room to run bots at the same time. The number that can work together depends on the tasks and your AI provider’s limits, rather than a fixed bot count.

### Are marketplace bots fixed templates?

No. They are starting points. Rename a bot, change its instructions, choose its model, and connect your tools. Review those settings before giving it access or a live task.

READY WHEN THE WORK IS

## Build the team. Keep the work moving.

Start with everyday tasks on Starter, or put more bots to work at once with Pro. Every feature is included on both.
